Focus of ATI Instructional Effectiveness System Research and Development
• As an Arizona company currently serving approximately 280 K-12 school districts and charter schools across Arizona, we have been privileged to partner with and learn from our clients about how to best assist them in achieving the goals of the Framework.
• Consequently, over the past several years, ATI has developed and is currently implementing a comprehensive Instructional Effectiveness System (IES) with school districts and charter schools throughout Arizona.
• The IES is integrated directly within Galileo® K-12 Online and is provided as part of the annual renewable Galileo® K-12 Online license fee. The primary goal of the IES is to assist school districts and charter schools in their efforts to evaluate educator effectiveness, inform instructional decision-making, focus professional development activities, and enhance student learning.
